Marcin Zaborowski, Ph.D, the Executive Vice President of the Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA)

Dr. Marcin Zaborowski is the Executive Vice President of the Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA). Dr. Zaborowski received his Ph.D. in International Studies from the University of Birmingham in Great Britain and was awarded a Chevening Fellowship by the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office. Before assuming his current post at CEPA, Zaborowski served as the Director of the Polish Institute of International Affairs (PISM) in Warsaw. Previously, he held positions as the Director of the Transatlantic Program and Senior Research Fellow at the European Union Institute for Security Studies in Paris. Early in his career he was Assistant to the Under-Secretary of State at the Ministry of Economics in Warsaw.
