Working for PKO TFI since 2009, since 2012 he has been in charge of the Investment Function as Asset Management Managing Director.
In 2007-2009, he held the role of director in the Interest Rate Trading Department at Merrill Lynch International in London. He has many years of experience in securities management, including his work for UBS Investment Bank (the United Kingdom).
He finished Finance and Banking at the Warsaw School of Economics in 2002.
He was awarded the CEMS (Community of European Management Schools) scholarship at the Stockholm School of Economics.
As an expert in global financial markets, Rafał takes part in numerous professional conferences. Since 2011, he has been successfully managing the Global Macro strategy in PKO Global Macroeconomy – CIF.
