Graduated in 2000 from Belarussian State University with Specialist degree in Economics. Earned MA degree in Economics from Kiev-Mohyla Academy (Kiev, Ukraine) in 2002. Worked in Kiev-based think-tank Institute for Economic Research and Policy Consulting first in Fiscal and then in Financial Sector Departments. In 2004-2007 held the position of economist in Kiev Office of International Monetary Fund dealing with macroeconomic and financial sector issues. Joined Raiffeisen Bank Aval in October 2007 as a head of Research Department. In March 2014 was appointed the Deputy Governor of the National Bank of Ukraine in charge of the Monetary Stability Block. In 2013 earned the certificate of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). The author of a number of academic and policy publications on the topics of banking sector, tax policy etc.
